Supporting The Rye Arts Center is important

I have lived and worked in Rye for over 30 years and my 3 children have all taken part in the many wonderful programs offered at RAC. I did not have this type of experience growing up in other communities. My children and I in Rye were afforded a whole new world of creative opportunities and inspiration. The arts, music, dance all add to an individual’s rich and healthy spirit and love of life as well giving our children the confidence they need to pursue whatever they want. It is critical we allow RAC to thrive and be that inspiration for everyone. As a board member I see the immense potential RAC has to be that unique establishment with the goal of providing a safe and welcoming environment to bask in the love of the arts. I support the zoning amendment wholeheartedly.
